1. General Information

Trade Link International is a Bangladesh-based company providing customized printing services and related products (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, caps, plates, ID cards).

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official channels: website, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept Cash, bKash, Bank Transfer, or other locally approved payment methods.

  • Once payment is made, the order will be processed and considered final.

3. Customization & Proofing

  • The customer is responsible for verifying all customization details (design, text, quantity, material, etc.) before confirming the order.

  • We may provide a digital sample/mockup upon request.

  • No changes will be accepted after the final confirmation.

4. Delivery & Timeline

  • Delivery timeline will depend on order quantity and product type.

  • We aim to deliver within the agreed-upon time, but delays may occur due to workload, supply issues, or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., strikes, political unrest).

  • For urgent delivery, additional charges may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are customized, returns and refunds are not accepted unless:

    • The item is damaged during delivery.

    • The delivered product is significantly different from what was ordered.

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo proof.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

  • We do not offer warranties on print durability or product longevity unless specifically mentioned.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trade Link International shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss due to design errors approved by the customer.

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.

  • Losses resulting from misuse or alteration of the products.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs submitted by customers are considered their intellectual property.

  • Trade Link International reserves the right to use completed works for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the customer opts out in writing.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and use your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
